HyperFusion 2026 is an intensive 8-hour hackathon organized by JIS College of Engineering Computer Science and Engineering Department, designed to challenge students to innovate, collaborate, and build solutions that matter. Whether you're a coding wizard, a UI/UX genius, or a problem-solver extraordinaire — HyperFusion is your stage.
With an electrifying atmosphere, participants will tackle real-world problems across five high-impact domains. From ideation to prototype, the journey is intense, rewarding, and transformative.

2 to 4 members per team. Solo participation is not allowed. Cross-college teams are welcome!
Open to all UG/PG students enrolled in any recognized college or university across India.
FREE for all teams! Covers meals, swag, and resources for 8 hours.
Teams shortlisted based on GitHub profile quality, project idea, innovation, and feasibility.
50 teams will be selected based on GitHub profiles and project proposals.

HyperFusion 2026 is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled in any recognized college or university across India. Whether you're from engineering, science, management, or arts — all are welcome to apply. Students with valid college ID cards are eligible.
Absolutely not! HyperFusion 2026 welcomes participants of all skill levels — from absolute beginners to seasoned coders. We even have a "Best Beginner Team" prize to encourage first-timers.
Yes! HyperFusion 2026 is a hackathon and welcomes participants from any college across India. Teams can be cross-college (members from different institutions). Please note this is an offline-only event — all teams must participate in person at the venue.
Participants should bring: (1) Valid college ID card, (2) Laptop and charger, (3) Any hardware/prototyping tools if needed, (4) Printed or digital copy of the registration confirmation, (5) Personal hygiene kit for overnight stay. Food and high-speed WiFi will be provided. Do NOT bring any pre-built projects.
Yes! Every registered participant who attends the event will receive a digitally signed participation certificate from JIS College of Engineering. Winners will receive special achievement certificates. Certificates will be emailed within 7 days of the event.
Yes, limited accommodation is available on-campus for outstation participants on a request basis. You can mention your accommodation requirement during registration. The accommodation is free of charge and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please specify the number of team members needing accommodation.
Each team must have between 2 to 4 members. Solo participation is not permitted. Teams can include members from different colleges or departments. Cross-discipline teams (e.g., a coder, designer, and business student) are highly encouraged!
Teams are free to use any programming language, framework, or tool. You can use web technologies, mobile frameworks, AI/ML libraries, databases, cloud services, or any combination. Open-source tools and APIs are permitted. However, you must start building during the hackathon — no pre-built projects.
Projects will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts and faculty judges based on: (1) Innovation & Creativity — 25%, (2) Technical Complexity — 25%, (3) Feasibility & Impact — 20%, (4) Presentation & Demo — 20%, (5) UI/UX Design — 10%. Final top 10 teams will present in the auditorium.
